One Application, Multiple Programs
Say goodbye to double data entry!
The Universal Application is a centralized intake process that streamlines information which can be applied to multiple programs.
For example, your agency offers Head Start and CAP services. You probably use at least two different databases to collect and manage information for children and families, and the different services they receive.
This means you likely enter basic information about the child and family (demographics, income level, etc.) multiple times.
COPA’s Universal Application is the all-in-one solution to double data entry challenges.
How does it work?
A single point of entry allows users to collect information that can be built out as the child or family moves through the program(s).
The basic information is used to apply for services, establish eligibility, and is then carrier through to other areas with the database, like attendance, health assessments, etc.
